Usain Strikes Again!
August 16th, 2009 |You know you’re good when you can beat your own world record! Usain Bolt who hails from Jamaica, smoked the race track today in the 100 metre dash at the 12th World Championships in Berlin at an amazing 9.58 seconds. He stunned me last year at the Olympics and he’s doing it again. I ran track back in high school, but I won’t even say what my time was for the 100 metres.
Check out the footage of the race below if you missed it!

Haha! Don’t worry, your time was still better than mine. Actually, the information for one of our meets is still online (I found it when I Googled myself to make sure nothing bad about me is on the internet) and I had to shake my head and laugh. Good times.
