Okay….so I have a little habit. Anything I develop an interest for..I kinda get crazy with it. I mean researching, reading, absorbing, all the works. I guess you can say the library is my best friend. Yes..I’m a self admitted book nerd.

I think this was the first time a watch made me stop dead in my tracks. Maybe it was the flashy white band or the silver hands, I’m not sure exactly. I’ve never been a materialistic person, but I think I’m adding this to my imaginary want list.

Speaking of watches, I do feel like time is going by so fast. Right now I’m planning to direct my first video for “Get Close”. The making of the track has been a bit of a lengthy process, mostly due to my perfectionist ways. I’d like to thank the producer, Jemarie, for being super patient with me. I swear I’m not a diva! I have a mixture of all emotions about this project, but I know it’s going to be super fun! I’ll keep you updated on the journey as always!!

So it is finally Saturday, the big day! Tonight is the Tanya Stephens concert at Club 77. I am excited, nervous, and happy at the same time. It is pretty crazy that you can listen to a person’s music and never expect to be opening for them later on. I just finished up making the promo cds to hand out to the people at the show. It involves a lot of repetitive movements and sitting, but I do it all for you!

I was vibing out to an online mixtape while I was doing my CD burning session and this song caught my eye…or should I say ear. He is a new artist (well to me he is) named, K’jon. I quickly read about him and he’s from Detroit. I was vibing to his track “On the Ocean Remix” feat. Obie Trice.

I think I have a soft spot for this song, because I can totally relate to this track. It is about his struggles with trying to make it into the industry and his ship has finally come. I know I had my own personal doubts over music, but I’m happy I’m sticking with it. Thank you again to everyone who has supported me so far. Each person has made a difference. Well I’m off to bed so I can rest up for the show. See you all soon!!!

Hey, hey, hey! I know it’s been way over a minute since I’ve been on here. I just had to prep myself for the spring/summer season. I just put up a new track out. It’s a remix of Gyptian’s “Hold Yuh”. Unfortunately, I cannot seem to upload it to the mp3 player, but I’ll do you one better! We are going to be shooting a video for it starting this week. I also started working on a mixtape so you can enjoy all my music.
